Big Boi Solo Album Drops Today | Free Mixtape

Big Boi’s long awaited solo album, Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty, hits shelves today. We’ve posted some of Big Boi’s singles so far with “Fo Yo Sorrows” and “Lookin’ For Ya” (which didn’t make the album, as explained on the link) and you can stream the whole album at Big Boi’s MySpace.

Also this past week, Big Boi has posted a free mixtape called Big Boi Mixtape For Dummies: Guide to Global Greatness on his website. Take the jump below for the tracklist, which includes several OutKast classics.

Finally, in other OutKast news, Creative Loafing posted a great article recently called “The Making of OutKast’s Aquemini” which is a very thorough account of the 1998 classic including commentary from Big Boi, Andre 3000, and the rest of the crew that made the album possible.
